Final version of accepted conference paper

The final version of a paper, a signed copyright form, and the registration of at least one author of the paper are due on 12th April, 2011. This is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings. An accepted paper will not be included in the proceedings if no registrations are associated with it.

In the preparation of the final paper, please note that:

  • final versions of accepted papers must strictly adhere to the Springer LNCS/LNAI format;
  • the page limit of 12 pages is strict: papers longer than 12 pages will be rejected;
  • the content of the papers must be refined according to the comments and the suggestions provided by the reviewers;
  • figures will be printed in black and white: if you send colored figures, please make sure that they are also legible in black and white;
  • your references must be complete and adhere to Springer style;
  • Springer prefers that authors' names in headers of papers are written out in full.

    Please submit the files belonging to your final paper using your EasyChair author account. Follow the instructions after the login for uploading three files:

  • either a zipped file containing all your LaTeX sources or a Word file in the RTF format,
  • a PDF version of your camera-ready paper,
  • your signed copyright form.

    Springer has recently introduced an extra control loop: once data processing is finished, corresponding authors will receive an email (from an Indian address) containing the final pdf files from Springer, and will be asked to check their papers. We expect this to happen shortly before the printing of the proceedings. At that time your quick interaction with Springer will be greatly appreciated.

    Note that at least one author has to register with payment by 12th April, 2011. One full registration will cover acceptance of two papers (by the same author), while one student registration will cover acceptance of one paper.

    Copyright form

    Please send us a signed and completed Springer copyright form (Consent to Publish) by 12th April, 2011. In the form, write:
  • Title of the Book: Symbolic and Quantitative Approaches to Reasoning with Uncertainty - 11th ECSQARU
  • Volume Editors: Weiru Liu

    It is sufficient for one of the authors to sign the copyright form. You can scan the form into PDF or any other standard image format and upload it to Easychair, or email it to ecsqaru2011@qub.ac.uk. If you cannot scan the signed form, please fax it to Weiru Liu (fax: +44-(0)28 9097 4879) instead.

    Do NOT send the forms to Springer.
